HGG

The company's AYWR3-MHGG uses bituminous coal powder (-200 mesh 85%, water content≤2%) as fuel, air combustion, and is equipped with special bituminous coal powder burner.



The hot flue gas produced by burning fuel inside HGG shall be delivered into mixing room to mix with waste gas or circulating flue gas, and heat flue gas to the temperature of 220-380℃(adjustable according to the type of coal). Then the hot flue gas shall be transferred into VRM to provide heat to grinding system for drying pulverized coal and carry the pulverized coal into bag filter.

The hot blast furnace adopts pulverized coal air swirl burner, which is a forced air supply semi premixed flame burner with simple structure and low air pressure. In order to strengthen the mixing of air and pulverized coal, a swirl blade with a certain angle is arranged in the air channel to make the air rotate and mix with pulverized coal in the burner. Therefore, the flame is short and adjustable, the air and pulverized coal are evenly mixed, the combustion efficiency is high, it is not easy to desquamate and temper, and the safety is high.In order to ensure ignition safety, observation hole has been specially designed for front combustion chamber. During ignition, firewood can be used to improve open flame, thus avoiding automatic ignition failure which may cause accident.



Working Principle

Product Features

    The hot blast stove adopts a circular sleeve horizontal structure, the shell is a circular cylinder made of 10-16mm high-strength steel plate, the combustion chamber shell is a 10-16mm heat-resistant steel barrel structure, and the heat-resistant steel shell is a composite refractory lining. The furnace body has reasonable structure, high strength and long service life. The combustion chamber shell is made of stainless steel material, the tensile strength and elongation under high temperature conditions are significantly improved, the stress change caused by the refractory during heating is improved, and the high temperature resistant aluminum silicate fiber felt is filled between the shell and the refractory, the heat insulation effect is strengthened, the surface temperature of the shell is reduced, and the service life of the furnace body is extended.


    The working chamber of the hot blast furnace is bounded by the fire wall, with the combustion chamber at the front and the flue gas mixing chamber at the rear. The high-temperature flue gas is mixed with the circulating flue gas introduced around the mixing chamber through the fire wall, and then sent to the mill through the pipeline. The inner working layer of the hot blast furnace is made of special-shaped refractory bricks and other high-temperature refractory materials. The combustion flame and high-temperature flue gas are not in contact with the steel shell, which greatly reduces the corrosion of the steel, improves the sealing and service life of the flue gas furnace, and the normal service life of the furnace body can reach 5-8 years. In order to ensure the safety of coal pulverizing production, reduce the oxygen content of system flue gas, save energy and reduce consumption, the technological process of drying raw coal by mixing the waste flue gas discharged by the main induced draft fan with the hot flue gas produced by burning bituminous coal powder in the hot blast furnace is adopted. The waste flue gas is introduced from the jacket between the inner and outer steel shells of the hot blast furnace. In order to improve the heat exchange efficiency, the waste flue gas moves in the form of swirl in the jacket and cools the shell of the combustion chamber At the same time, the temperature of waste gas is increased, the temperature of lining and shell in combustion chamber is reduced, the structural strength is increased, the service life is prolonged, the insulation thickness of shell of hot blast furnace is reduced, and the equipment cost is reduced.


    The front of the hot blast stove is equipped with a burner, which is equipped with a mixed gas automatic ignition and flame stabilization device, which ensures the stability of the combustion of bituminous coal and pulverized coal, and makes the flue gas stove have the characteristics of overall operation reliability in the operation process.
